Taylor is the owner and the lead SLP at Moments to Milestones. While she is a native of South Carolina she has lived in Raleigh for 5 years. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2019 with a dual bachelors degree in Psychology and Languages and Intercultural Studies with a focus in Hispanic Studies. She then graduated from North Carolina Central University with an MS in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the State or North Carolina.

Taylor has worked in the home, daycare, and school settings. Her clinical experience includes articulation and phonological delays, childhood apraxia of speech, fluency disorders, developmental delays, language disorders, autism spectrum disorder and bilingual language development.

Taylor thrives in the early intervention setting. She enjoys following a caregiver coaching modeling and providing therapy in the child’s most natural environment to promote generalization of skills. Building rapport with her families and clients is what she believes is the key to successful speech therapy sessions.

Taylor is proud to be a bilingual SLP and serve the Spanish speaking population. She really enjoys researching the different dialects and how that may have an affect on speech sound production.

In her free time Taylor loves spending time with family and friends, walking her dog, Pinot, watching TV with her fiancé, Matthew, going to the lake and reading a good book!
